Fulltime: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Mon – Fri (8 hour or 10 hour shifts available), part-time also available.

Pay rate: $12 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Summary:

As a Lube Technician you will learn to perform oil changes assuring that all safety standards are met. Draining the engine and replacing the oil filter and filling the engine with the correct weight and volume of oil.  Making management aware of any additional repairs needed while providing excellent customer service.  Keeping a clean and safe work area.

What you will do:

• Review work orders and perform work carefully.
• Maintain a well-organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are kept clean and in good working condition.
• Adherer to all safety procedures.
• Assist in other duties as required.
• Cleaning shop or office area, assisting customers, and cleaning cars.

What you will need:  

• Physical dexterity to perform tasks that may require bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting.
• Standing for large periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Current Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

We have 4 Jiffy Lubes and 5 Jiffy Lube MultiCare locations (tires, brakes, mechanical repairs) within the Knoxville, Clinton, Alcoa, and Maryville areas. Summary:

As an experienced Automotive Mechanic, you will inspect vehicles, perform quotes, diagnose customer concerns as well as perform a variety of different services like water pumps, brakes, starters, gasket replacement, tires, motor swaps, alignments, etc.  Computer skills are required for processing repair estimates, specs, and identifying needed parts for the repairs.  Prior experience with Identifix repair software is helpful.  A Tennessee Driver’s License is required, and you must be able to pass a drug test.  Appropriate tools are required.  Experience is a MUST.

What you will do:

• Diagnose, perform quotes, and repairs.
• Create estimate on computer with Identifix.
• Repair and replace – water pumps, brakes, starters, gaskets, tires, and others.
• Assess vehicle for any additional concerns.
• Assure work is completed thoroughly to assure customer safety.

What you will need:  

• Mechanic tools
• Experience in performing repairs on breaks, starters, gaskets, tires, etc.
• Must have a valid TN driver’s license.
• Positive attitude
• Dependable in attendance and quality of workmanship.
• Able to pass a drug test.

Hiring - Assistant Store Manager -Trainee

Summary:
As an Assistant Store Managers for Pinnacle Sales Company at Jiffy Lube® locations throughout the area,
you will have a background in sales and/or customer service and be great at dealing with people. One
year of retail/hospitality management experience is preferred for this position. Previous automotive
experience is a plus. Every Assistant Manager will receive comprehensive training through our award-
winning Jiffy Lube® University computer-based training as well as hands on training.

Job Responsibilities:
The primary function of the Assistant Store Manager is to provide an excellent experience for our
customers and oversee the operations of the store. You will work hands on to assist the General
Manager in the daily operations of their location and are responsible for customer interaction, training,
directing, and coaching employees in all areas of operations. In addition, you will be responsible for
bank deposits, inventory, and cash control in the General Managers absence. This position is essential to
our overall guest experience and meeting company goals. You will be providing clear direction and set a
positive example of attitude, professionalism, and work ethic.

What you will do:
Directing the staff and ensuring that all procedures are completed properly.
Coaching employees.
Interacting with customers and resolving any issues.
Opening/Closing the location.
Completing required documentation as needed.
Achieving assigned sales goals.
