Hiring - Assistant Store Manager -Trainee
Fulltime: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Mon – Fri, and 8:00- 5:00 Saturday as needed.
Pay rate: $14 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience.

Summary:
As an Assistant Store Managers for Pinnacle Sales Company at Jiffy Lube® with locations throughout the area, you will have a background in sales and/or customer service and be great at dealing with people. One year of retail/hospitality management experience is preferred for this position. Previous automotive experience is a plus. Every Assistant Manager will receive comprehensive training through our award-winning Jiffy Lube® University computer-based training as well as hands on training.
The primary function of the Assistant Store Manager is to provide an excellent experience for our customers and oversee the operations of the store. You will work hands on to assist the General Manager in the daily operations of their location and are responsible for customer interaction, training, directing, and coaching employees in all areas of operations. In addition, you will be responsible for bank deposits, inventory, and cash control in the General Managers absence. This position is essential to our overall guest experience and meeting company goals. You will be providing clear direction and set a positive example of attitude, professionalism, and work ethic.

We have 4 Jiffy Lubes and 5 Jiffy Lube MultiCare locations (tires, brakes, mechanical repairs) within the Knoxville, Clinton, Alcoa, and Maryville areas. We are seeking smiling faces that enjoy working on cars and/or interacting with customers depending on your job duties. We will train you how to perform all our services ranging from Oil Changes to Transmission Services, and everything in between. A valid driver’s license is required to be considered for the position. You must be able to pass a drug test.
